Its Incredibly fulfilling and fascinating to be a part of an extremely talented, capable and superhero team that's like the Avengers of water scarcity solutions, tackling sustainability head on while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment where i get to learn a lot.

While i don't have any specific dislikes, I find the fast-paced nature at Uravu labs challenging at times, as it involves balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, and this challenging nature helps me to excel in balancing multiple priorities effectively.

It has been 3 months I joined Uravu. The company in terms of business is doing well but there were no processes as such and now all departments are working on streamlining the processes because it's growing now. In my department also, I have been working on things from scratch and loving the kind of ownership I have been given. Founders are very supportive and very open in taking suggestions and ideas despite of your role and hierarchy in the organization. Dislikes

The founders initially focused on building the business and technology, so there weren't any processes in place. Over the last three months, I've seen their willingness and effort to set up and streamline operations. I understand that these processes were missing because the company was in its early stages.
