Dislikes

The appraisals are not good at all. You may find yourself over-doing things for some projects(which go in vain 70% of the time). Growth is limited as the teams are not very big in terms of strength and thus leading roles also are limited. The company is struggling to pick an investment since long. And there will be regular hire-fire going on around you.

Working culture is very poor I.e like one man army. Company is suffering internal poltics like only who work this company which relationship between his reporting manager privisily strong otherwise he/she can not work in this company.Managment didn't know about ground realities . State manager behaviour is very poor with their colleagues. I am also want to move from this company.
