You can interact with young generation and mould their future

Dislikes

It's fake ngo. False promises of doing social work, helping nation and youth. Giving false reports, manipulating data to show to donors that unnati is helping youngsters. All drama is done to take money from donors and enjoy leisures. Cheating society, parents, students and nation. While joining using sugar coated words, making trainers do field work to get admissions. Staff loose job anytime if target not achieved. CEO and senior managers treat employees as house helps No humanity and respect for staff working. Employees have to take tantrums of CEO and so called senior managers. No Job security No work life balance Worst manager and seniors who never find a solution for an issue , even if ideas are given by Other employees , its not accepted. Can be relieved at any point of time And the funniest part is volunteers who visit office for one day in a week , will judge the performance of full time employees.Performance is never recognized. Can survive only if you are a puppet You can take medical leave but not more than a day , Working days are from Monday to Saturday and one Sunday in a month , though other Sunday seems to be like work from home. stress is at peak level . Salary is not paid properly once you are in notice....Read More
