Management is not decided the position of staff as per experience, skill, education etc. Where the max. Staff (District manager) is only for boss buttering, flattery. They have the degree/diploma of distance education or they received the degree from unauthorised University. So, maximum talented and educated staff left the job fromUMPESL.
