Doesn't feel like we are working in MNC 1. Baised performance ratings. Getting job promotion is quite difficult. 2. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown and wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost. -They have great market lead in beer sector, at the same time it's pressure on production engineer's to excute and deliver production.tools like TPM is great opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

-hard to get support from HR, not get any support during hard times like UNION issues. -some policies are good show case in paper, but we hard to find in reality. -Even you r great performer , very difficult to get promotion.
