Frequently changes in plans and ideas before we plan something or sometime we are working on final stage of the task and suddenly the task or work is stopped by the seniors. It seems like they are not sure what to do and how long they have to do the work so its feels like less job security in some of the departments

Till now I don't realise about any dislikes in the company. Only the salary date some time be fluctuate rather than this everything is perfect in the company. And this problem or salary is also being in process to resolve.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
