Management should find new talents and give promotions not only girls for mens also bcoz even in housekeeping department so many seniors is there but they r so much experienced persons but no one giving attention to them they r the back bones of uds ....but there what happening is newly who the girls coming they all r getting high pay and attentions .....hr not that much involved in this matter ceo is taking decisions in hr department....he only gives priority for girls so this should be need to change....Read More
