They just randomly hire you and then the entire company culture is completely dependent on your seniors and politics. You don’t have any job security working for over an year. I just randomly got a call and I was told to drop my papers without any prior intimation. in fact, I was one of the best performer in the overall. Process with the highest KRA for past nine months

You don’t have job security all that it doesn’t depends upon your performance or anything or the way you work rather than it depends how you keep your managers happy out of the work
