This company is an absolute nightmare, especially for freshers. They lack even the basics of work ethics and culture. The owner, Abhinav Srivastava, is easily the most vile and unprofessional person you’ll ever encounter. He treats employees like his personal servants, showing no respect for their time or efforts. The workplace operates without any proper rules or structure. Policies are constantly twisted and changed to suit the management's whims and convenience. Even when you’ve done your work and your Purchase Order (PO) is completed, they’ll still find a way to shift the blame onto you, claiming it's your fault for not having any active PO. Salaries are unfairly deducted with flimsy, baseless excuses, leaving employees frustrated and demoralized. It’s a toxic environment where hard work is undervalued, and the management thrives on exploitation. If you value your mental health and career growth, steer clear of this place!
