The only thing I like about my ex company is the colleague's that I met. Apart from that I had a very horrible and traumatizing experience here.

Dislikes

There was too much of politics involved. People used get terminated or changed like tissue paper. HR is the most horrible person I came across a demon I would say. Never understood people's sentiments. The CC Manager Junaid was most terrible manager I met never used to listen his teams concerns. He would force us to only work and listen to his team leader for more scrutiny of needed. Youngsters please don't join this Company there are much more better company and opportunities to can go for. EOD mental health matters. And I'll leave it here. I received my FNF after my 5 months of exit and salary was delayed multiple times....Read More

There is nothing good about Transteel. one of the worst companies to work. there is no proper work environment(office) to work. you should work in Metal sheet roof Shed(office), somehow car garage is better than this office.in summer there will be heavy heat in this Metal sheet roof Shed(office), you can't be able to sit and work inthis Shed(office). they will not take care for employees. if they didn't like you, they will terminate you without any notice....Read More

Dislikes

Worst and money minded management. They will treat you as their slave. There is no proper system to work. In Design Dept there is always one are two employees will be there, they will not give manpower for design dept. But they will ask drawings on time to get advances from the clients, literally you will loss the personal life and metal peace. They will assign the more works which is not related to the Design Dept. Daily you should work up to 10 PM (late nights). somehow roadside companies are far better than this. salary you will get in between 13th to 20th of every month....Read More
