Only the colleagues in the particular team.

Dislikes

1. Micromanagement 2. Appraisal cycle (it was delayed for more than 2 years for everyone) 3. Increment percentile (expect somewhere around 2-3%, which is just peanuts; some might get up to 10% but not beyond that) 4. No proper vision 5. Unrealistic expectations and targets 6. No variable pay (even if it's promised to you at the timeof hiring and is there in your contract) 7. No proper designation allotment (even in 5 years) 8. No bonuses 9. Graveyard shift 10.
