Thrillophilia is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is absolutely no structure, zero processes, and extreme mismanagement at every level. The company is run by senior managers who are barely 25-26 years old, with no real industry experience or leadership skills. Promotions are purely based on favoritism, with no regard for actual performance or managerial abilities—examples being Amit Kilaniya, Aditya Bhatra, and many others. The incentive system is a complete scam. Even if you meet the criteria for incentives, they will manipulate earnings into "realized" and "unrealized" just to avoid paying you. The work environment is highly toxic—you start your day with enthusiasm and end it with the shock of being fired without any warning or reason. The CEO has a clear attitude of making as much money as possible with no concern for employees' well-being.
