No such pros, just a toxic environment and a direction-less founderr

Dislikes

when roots are rotten, tree cannot be fruitful - FORCE employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor - Micromanagement - Founder thinks he knows everything, but is a directionless loser - they cut your salary even for 5 min late but ask you to stay late after your shift every day - simplest hiring process, but they don't know how to hire, They hire people and fire them after 1 month or week - Don't give you relieving letter and last month's salary - Hire you for different departments and shift you in other department every month. - Ask you to come to the office on Sunday forcefully and if you don't cut salary for 4 days - Founder insults you every day without any reason and changes the plan every week. he is not open to suggestions. The founder and Co-founder have split now because of a difference of opinion. There are more family members working here than employees....Read More
