I have been with the "The Progressive Consulting" for 6+ years. Started here as an HR Recruiter with only 2-3 months of experience and have been promoted as a Team Leader after my successful tenure as a Recruiter. I have got to learn the basics of recruitment, from performing the best keyword search on job portals to hiring of almost all types of profiles for various industries. My convincing and negotiation skills has improved over the years as I got to work for so many clients. The support given by my manager Mr. Amit has been incredible. He is proactive and has great problem solving skills. His optimistic attitude in any given situation has given us a positive outlook even during the times like covid-19 and recession. Overall, our workplace has a positive work culture with no overtime. Salary is always on time and there are huge incentives and perks to earn. We have a good performance management system in place and we work harder as a team. There are different activities and games we play every week. We have a proper hiring process for our clients too. everything. they deduct 1 day salary if you come 1 min late from the time. people are not friendly. too much pressure.
