Likes

Freedom to teach according to own technique in the classroom. Students and staff is really good. Female staff in majority. Made some very good friends here. This was my first job. Good Salaries for a fresher. They are very much clear with what they want from a teacher from the start.

Dislikes

You cannot survive here if you are not dedicated and working upto the mark . Although you get freedom you are required to perform . I have seen teachers leaving the institute in between because they couldnt perform and management expelled them.

Worked here for 8 years in hostel. Very good students / staff. ICSE syllabus/ strict management. Full freedom of teaching style in classroom , Great work satisfaction , good food, amazing colleagues, best salaries, Minimum 10% Hike every year. strong paper work.

Dislikes

Personally None . The school is infamous for removing non performing / toxic staff immediately be it any subject/ role. Complete Session commitement is mandatory or else one month salary is cut if you leave in between.
