That your resignation letter does not mention anything about your notice period. As per the terms of your appointment letter you are required to serve 30 days notice period effective from the date of resignation. In case, you do not serve the notice period, you have to pay the organization a complete one month’s salary. On the day of handover, you signed and confirmed to pay Rs. 9678/- (after all calculations), which is not yet credited to us. (attached) Furthermore, you intentionally took over your handover form and sketches made for office without informing anyone. We asked you to return the same and you denied to return the sketches back to us. You secretly ran away (around 10.30am the next day) after keeping the handover form (which was half filled) on our reception desk, without handing over to any concerned person in office. You lied to Cyber one building staff sitting in reception that you are working with us and have forgot your Employee ID, so they wouldn't call us and intimate us about your arrival in Cyber one. We would like to inform that you are cordially advised to return us the sketches made by you during your employment with us and refund us amount of Rs. 9678/- within a week, failing to which this matter will be forwarded to our legal department for necessary actions." We have signed copy of your acceptance in which you have promised to pay the company! Kindly reply to our email first! It’s very easy to blame each and every one around when you are yourself a part of an anti-campaign against our organization to hamper the company's image unnecessarily. It is very relevant that you are a part of our competitors group that’s the reason you got interested to write about us in the year 2023 when you have absconded from our organisation in the year 2019.
