It all started well with the company. It was a good learning of banking functionality.

Ineligible managers(Associate vice president/Lead Test architect/Senior Engineering manager) are ruining this company and they are paid with huge money.They are literally torturing people 24/7 but they will give nothing return. They are expecting the other people to sacrifice their entire personal life for them, eventhough there is no compulsion from management and there is no critical necessity/project. The worst and waste thing is Regression process/build cuts. Some leads do micro management like taking screenshots of available/away/hold times in teams app and threatening you which means they have nothing else to develop the product and doing security and postman jobs and getting rating one but they call themselves as Architects proudly.They never focussed on the new learning or innovation to laise with the new technologies available in the outside market. Some strange managers are there who always being online/office but do nothing and expect everyone's availability irrespective of our personal space.They mix up our personal with work but always use to say " personal is different , professional is different" and they never follow it.they literally speard toxicity by complaining everyone. They think themselves boss but not leaders which is not good to anyone including organisation.By telling all this is not just complaining. If they read it , I hope they will revisit their behaviour and spend some good time with their family as well and let others do. I never seen such irresponsible and dump HR team anywhere in my previous organisations. They never worry what is happening inside the organisation. They do some irrelevant activities for namesake and do rampwalk on the floors. Joy security is very low, old technology, Manager and senior are thinking they know all the things and not give any KT , toxic work culture and Manager notice your are using phone and Bluetooth head set that kind of micro management all happened
