Earlier the company was good and market leader in offset printing plates industry. Company's promoters/owners are really good.

Dislikes

The company's leadership lacks a clear and cohesive vision, resulting in challenges when determining optimal investment and business strategies for the company's benefits. The focus seems to be limited to becoming a dealer or distributor. No any investment in manufacturing plant or new own products from last 7-8 years consider to the business expansion. The team has not been refreshed which impacts the innovation and dynamism of the company. The appraisals are subpar (upto negligible). No reward and recognition for the employees and there is practice of deducting employee bonuses by HR in the name of cost cutting. Additionally, the travel policies are unsatisfactory and there seems to be little room for young employee growth.
