It's salary and benefits is too good form other companies that's the only benefit there.

Dislikes

Company is in deep trouble and every week there are silent layoffs They don't have budget and name of performance they laid down the people. Senior leader don't have vison how to grow instead they are focusing how and where to cut the budget. Recently company transfer over 1500+ employee to Accenture and shutdown there one or two units. Rumours are there 2 to 3 department also will shutdown in recent years. Long story short they may shutdown there office from India. There have been no positive signs since I joined but they have just fired many people

The culture is really bad. Employees are ill treated Senior management is always looking for scape goats Your voice is never heard and if you happen to share a negative feedback it is held against you Senior leaders are just incapable of managing pressure
