Decent Pay. Statutory and salary payments on time. Regular work hours. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

No appreciation or recognition of work for corporate employees. Outdated working strategy. No pre definited format for any process in management. Management is old fashioned and depend on employees who are old than skilled. Lot of casteism and favouritsm. One particular religion get all the benefits and increment whereas others have to beg. Management policies dont work with Sales department as they work separate without any control over it. The head of sales manipulate the management easily and makes senior management believe he is the only person working for company. If increment asked, they will fire you within months citing they have no money to pay. No process of work. Multiple reporting boss and they don't work or have idea together. Politics between employees. Zero work culture. No benefits other than salary given. Even if any employee dies in work, he is eligible only for one month salary.
