I was not interested in this organisation to last 8/9 month.reson are saying to GUJRAT culture is differences to joining and this time.(ap ye nahi karoge to ap Ko Nikal diya jayega.)TGT setup very high, working sunday also(supervisor is on leave but exucative on job in sunday),no family life,work load 18hrs,sales head direct concallto 10pm in night,gali bolna, politics, in a day focus point HRS Change.
