Dislikes

Work culture is not at good, especially Fiance department work culture is worst. Even if we work on Saturday and Sundays to support Audit time there is no comp offs and too much un necessary pressure needs to be handled which is not at all required. No need to think about leaves...

Likes

Most of the skilled and efficient staff are recruited from thirdparty Payroll. Higher Management response is poor and very late. Tata Brand only, apart from that mid range level companies have good culture and system than this.

Dislikes

Variation between onroll and third party Payroll staff., they treat Payroll employees like robots and they didn't give any credit or respect to Payroll staff.Think 10 times before going in to third party payroll in this boeing company
