They do bhadara on Saturday for workers.
All the hype you see on LinkedIn is just a show off to attract good talents. They have absolute ZERO policies for the staff. Even small contractors in NCR are providing better facilities for staff then TARC. There is no job security. The only way you can secure your job is by :- 1) licking one person's asss. 2) Should not b**ls to give the technical aspects. 3) Should accept/approve all/any kind of rates vendor submits. 4) have the ability to sit idle as they can't complete any project on time. I have worked with many companies in my life from small scale to one of the largest real estate company, but with TARC I have had the worst experience. This is not a place for the people who wants to grow in their life. And range of salaries are pathetic, no health insurance for employees, can't go to HR regarding any issues. I would love to sit idle at home then working here....Read More

TARC culture briefing:- 1. Hiring happens on the basis of LinkedIn hype and strategy. 2. Management ask new commers to implement system and work as per your decision. 3. After 2 months COO becomes insecure and starts his dirty politics. 4. COO is a 20 yr old employee and starts crying in front of management that I have no power if you don't want me then remove me and all.
