The policy related to the employees from the management is passed to the crew after heavy negotiation and shore staff try to give least of the benefits meant for the crew. Now a days timely crew change is also a big issue, everywhere it's cost cutting all the time ,no hotel stays after hectic and long flights, cheap accommodation and food are some of the grave issues that synergy needs to look into.
