Good work environment and culture. They provide training and general meetings. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent as well. The coordinators and CEO take all the necessary steps to make sure the intern works without facing any obstacles and also guides them accordingly to complete their tasks. Company policies are good in terms.

Dislikes

Something I felt uncomfortable about the company is that the co. works slowly like, delay in providing offer letter or internship completion certificate for interns or lately updating things. Some coordinators or assistants doesn't respond for specific doubts being asked and also react in a harsh manner without even checking things properly and send several warning messages. Finally there's no such salary thing, an internship will be fulfilled by recieving a fair amount of salary atleast ₹500 for a month because we interns spend our precious time without taking a day off, hence need a good experience and work life....Read More

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I learnt new things during my time at SWAGO. I upgraded my communication skills, experience and knowledge. My work was so smooth and fine. I didn't get myself complicated anywhere. My coordinators helped me when I had doubts.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Work from Home and Work on your own time was the most important aspect of this internship. I was able to accomplish other tasks while continuing with Swago.

Dislikes

Lack of Leadership skills from Management and also, there was a gap in communication between Interns and Management. Inexperienced leaders and managers, in terms of Communication skills, Leadership skills and Organizational Skills.
