One year of working here is about to be completed, Instead of getting appraisals and salary benefits out of nowhere, I get a PIP mail this is unfair to employees who are working with all the hard work and labor to promote the company Every senior member of the Patna branch who is about to complete 1 year has a PIP. Now it's better to leave the job yourself or get fired by Amar Amar (Branch head according to him) has no regard for his team members. Instead of gazing at female co-workers and mistreating them with foul language and taunts, behave like a senior. No work-life balance No company policy No companionship No increment or bonus No promotion or hike (PIP instead) No professionalism of the manager...Read More
