Dislikes

The sudden closure of the Bhavnagar branch, barely 42 days after my joining, was a significant drawback. The unexpected termination raised concerns about job security, hindering career progression and causing uncertainties for employees. The lack of a transition plan or provision for remote work post-closure limited opportunities for skill development and professional growth. Such an abrupt departure impacted the credibility of the experience gained, potentially affecting future career prospects. Given the uncertainties post-branch closure, it is advisable for prospective employees to conduct thorough background research on the any company's work environment, culture, and history.
