You will not be getting any feedbacks what matter for them is employee coming on time.

Dislikes

1) Not proper washrooms availablepoor hygiene conditions. 2) No Saturday's off and people on management wish their employees should be available on Sunday's as well. 3) Appraisals have not been given since 3 years to the employees. 4) No flexibility for working hours strict rules for office timings. 5) Management have no proper feedbacks to share they reject your work based on that they don't like it. 6) Torture employees once they don't need them so that they resigns themselves. 7) 0 learnings since I have joined. 8) People indulge in nonsense talks about others not related to work.
