Nothing, because they don't pay the salary on time. Most of the time, salaries are delayed for months. If you leave the company, they also don't pay the pending salary.

They don't pay salaries on time. Most of the time, salaries are delayed for months. If you leave the company, they also don't pay the pending salary. There is too much work pressure, and the company director always discusses unachievable goals in meetings. They talk big in words, but only the employees know the reality.
