Salary never on time Unachievable targets allocated so that you won't get incentives ever. Reporting managers are of no good MDs just care about Stonex and not Stonelam leaving everything to an outsider CEO who isn't able to manage well. Zero company policies....too much target pressure...company only expects numbers and doesn't want to resolve problems behind achieving numbers. No support at all from company for anything. Put important documents on hold once you resign. Company hesitates to even pay basic travelling expenses to employees which is just too cheap move for any company. Politics at its peak and you have to deal alone with all of it nobody neither your reporting managers will take a stand for you. Total waste company. Attrition rate keeps on increasing due to such things but still nobody in the company cares. Distributors are not supportive...Read More
