Founder has no vision. Big Lala company. This is what happens when an uneducated person starts business. Salaries are poor. They expect you to work like a slave. No HR policy. They will hire you to sell marbles and then expect you to sell everything under their portfolio. No incentive plan. They don’t reimburse for travel done for company meeting. Expect employees to pay from their pocket to do client meeting. Pls stay away from this company and don’t join. You will get frustrated and leave soon. They expect you to bring business from day 1 but nothing to give in incentive....Read More
