Work culture, toxic and cunning environment, no fix job hours , they will make to sit in office for no reason more than 12 hours , no growth opportunities you will be pissed off to achieve your target but while getting returns you will get Penny, better to do sales , or financial services jobs in companies like kotak , absl, Bajaj etc.

Compensation is decent but u have to work really really hard. One or more teammates are good but no personal support.

Dislikes

Office timings are very bad........you will be asked to come at 9:00 but no fixed time for leaving from office, most often you'll be leaving at 8:00 PM. Work culture is not satisfactory.....juniors are unnecessarily pressurized.Growth is minimum. They are still working in the traditional way through more paper work which is very time consuming and reluctant to shift on digital work. Their demat accounts are still opening through a 35 pages booklet which takes 2-3 days for processing which makes them difficult to compete with other companies who are opening the same within minutes through online processing....Read More
