Work life balance. Currently company is going through hard times and hope we can recover soon.

Mid level management, their attitude and politics. People lacking skills and potential have been promoted because they have few rare skills which is hard to find in genuine and honest employee and that is buttering, flattering. Going to office has become very hard for many employees because of the toxic work environment and is deteriorating day by day.
