It is mostly a company owned and run by specific group of Founders/MD. Each Department head is their family member. Salary are comparable to Labour and is minimum wage. After 2 years also it'd be a minimal increment of 3-4k on monthly salary per year. No growth scope at all!! There is very less work, people are nice, it's overall chill scene. But you gotta grow in career not to waste your precious time like you did uptil now to land here. Work hard and become deserving!!...Read More
