Project Manager doesn't support the team , no work life balance, strict timings , bad politics, HR team doesn't support you & doesn't peak calls in emergency situation, no weekly off , Quality Head doesn't support the ground level QA/QC Staff & his behavior is very bad , Work Ethics & Work Culture is Very Bad , if Staff doesn't work beyond his responsibilities Project Manager doesn't increment your Salary & behaving rude with you...Read More
