Narcissistic people in finance team has made this company a toxic workplace. CFO was recently fired but the main problem is a person named Hemal who considers himself above even CEO. He never makes any payment on time be it employee or vendor. Always deducts money or rejects payment with baseless reasons. In 2024, he follows 1990s methods. He didn’t pay so many of my vendors for one year for which I was scolded in the end. He messed up our last FY tax. Recently half of employees were fired & we are yet to get our last salary & FnF. So many employees have complained against him but management doesn’t listen since he saves money for them using predatory tactics.
