Good work life balance Salary on time Beautiful campus

Dislikes

Faculty thinks themselves as Gods. They ill treat admin staff. Salary increment is 3% per year on basic No recognition for hard work and efforts There are people at management level who know nothing and do nothing but only play politics. HR is management lackey and absolutely nothing you say to HR is discreet. They will make the situation worse by informing the manager of your complaints
