Management is pathetic. They don't know how to differentiate between what's essential and what's not moreover the HR likes to get involved in everything. Feels like you are not working over there as the only thing the management does is sit and spread rumours moreover they will go to any lengths to degrade a person's reputation. Salary isn't something that you get on time. No appreciation for the amount of work done. You work extra hours but no over time.
