Not a good company to work with. Management is very poor. No job security. They can fire anyone when they want. No work life balance. You have have to available on 24/7 on mobile. Some very bad rules are : Lunch time is half an hour. If you are 4 team members you can't go together. Go one by one. You have to join office by 9 am. 9.01 means short leave. They want productivity and buying laptops second hand from market. Developers are complaining there laptops are slow. They don't care. No sports activities. Appraisals are not good.
