No job security and no career growth/innovation. Only politics is the guiding factor in all the company decisions. Work environment is terrible and you won't get a single chance to display your technical skills, as the top management are from non-technical background and understands everything except technical.

Dislikes

Every single aspect in this company is demotivating. Any technical person must not join here to destroy own career. You may be fired anytime without any reason. This company should be the last option in world if you want to join with a low salary and no job security and fluctuating management decisions.

Work Details

All except technical or skilled work will get appreciation here. You won't get any technical people at top of management. Work experience is terrible and I should never recommend anyone to join here and destroy own career.
