Dislikes

Micro management was there, there is no job security, anytime your manager will say to resign if he/she doesn't want you in their team, this company is about favoritism and mostly employees are hired from family references. There is huge HR team but most of them are not even have time to listen their employee's concerns. I don't nowhy they are so many HRs in the team but the hiring they are doing with the help of consultants. So what's the point to hire TA executives....Read More

Work life balance, work priorities, Very poor HR team they're only for hiring no one is there to listen to you once you join smartworks, some senior management people are terrible to work with because of micro management they're ruining the work environment within in team and company.
