This is the worst company ever. They have no fixed timings, no appraisal policy, and the environment is filled with office politics. There is no team leader to support you, and they deduct your salary on an hourly basis. You will receive constant emails regarding salary deductions. There is no growth within the company, and salariesare not provided on time. The company has created its own policies, and certain salary categories are only paid after the 10th, but you must remind them to get it. Experience letters are also delayed. Policies change every week without consulting employees, and there are no fixed timings or appraisal policies. They are strict about leave, and the working environment is poor. Managers frequently send baseless emails, and there is a lot of comparison among employees. They engage in fraudulent business practices, bringing in clients with false promises.
