Smartoffice is my 1 St company which I have joined, nearly I am working 5 years in the same company. Its good to build you career, you will get a knowledge how the software reduces our manual work. But there is no benefit of pf other security.

Dislikes

There is no PF applicable and ESI registration is done but there Is no ESI card provided by the company. Salary is descent but career growth is slow

Work Details

The job is interesting. I learned how to handle the customer, how to do the sales. I learned patience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Office Grace timing - because here is only 15 min Grace time some of our colleagues they are facing the issue because their home is situated far from the office , I request you to extend the grace timing .
