As a fresher the exposure to the live project gives vast knowledge on many thing.

Dislikes

1. The treatment we get as an employee is below average, no respect whatsoever, not even to the experienced employees. 2. Terrible job security. The management will keep only the people they want. 3. Very poor management with many consecutive bad decisions. Many internal quarrels will take place openly in the office. 4. The sensitive things discussed with HR will not remain confidential.
