1.It is a place where the ruler mindset & rudely behavior person are running the work and they don't give the respect to the junior and treating like a slave. 2. At the time of joining the HR department treated you like a valuable asset but once you join they will ignore you like a unknown person. 3. In Sikka Group the no one is following the protocol & the office wash room is so much dirty. 4. In sikka group your salary was hold for more than 3-4 months. 5. At the time of resigning the company will not discharge your salary and if you ask about it they will not pick your call and when you visit to the office the Admin department with charge 20% of your salary to released the fund....Read More
