HR part is the worst as they are there to save their job only by making management happy and they very well know what management wants to hear and the most free department because they have only work to make management happy. They are saying that they will make this MNC but this is a retail shop only. They don't have any limitationson their tongue as they usually say Jute se maruga. No job security, HR will throw you out on one go without any FNF, there is no FNF system and your salary will also be on hold for the previous month. There are no documents HR have to provide to employees because they always be busy to make management happy. HR have now started to enhance the review of the company by eliminating the bad reviews and asking current employees to give 5 star rating. There are 5-6 reviews given on 12th Feb with 5star so do not see the 5 star rating these are done forcefully. There are bundle of issues but the honest suggestion is no to join this company despite you can join a baniya shop that would be greater than this....Read More

Salary not in time. Unrealistic targets are given by the management and salary is based on the same. If your targets are not fulfilled then your salary won't be released also HR full supports this. Never did the delivery on time..if you have taken sufficient time from customer even then it will not be delivered untill customer doesn't abuse you. Only focusing to get the money from customer once money is received then they don't care about delivery. They do not plan for any production even do not procure any raw material but asks for full payment also payment is received on individual employees account so that can save GST and all. This is the company who has made bottom line benchmark, no Company can go below this. Don't come to this company in any department this the hell only. You will feel better only during the interview and first 4-5 days in this because the priority then will be only you but it is hell only....Read More
