Clumsy office space Treating employees like slave, fixed lunch nd break timing like student no mobile phone allowed should be on flight mode They don't provide offer letter, payslip They always wanted to extend the shift No proper policy or paper works given to employees but they implement too much rules to employees

Good work environment and Culture. Management is supportive transparent, having a decade experience but still I have learnt lot in SIG. ALl the best .
