This organisation keeps conducting seminars and motivational programmes for their employees from time to time. But real motivation for the employees should come not from anybody else but the management

Dislikes

The organisation is highly unprofessional. There is so much of interdepartmental interference by personal who have no idea about the field and ground realities. The company however, has a tendency to do much better, but because of reasons stated they have not been able to achieve their full potential. It is because of this reason that good professional people hardly stay here for some months. How ever sell, wishing this organisation all the best and hope there is a turnaround someday....Read More
