Good management, company policies doing favour to employees in all type work, good balance between personal and professional life. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, job security not confirmed after good work, one side favour of supervisors, new boss are not liked old team members, new boss is ready to destroy career of old employees to set own team, new employees are offering on 3X high package without old employees salary increase.

Work Details

I feel great to work with company but when I needed job security during world wide epidemic then company was not secure my job after 2.5 years service. I gave my best in achieving targets of every months. I could not get any job Lastly 3 months.
