So higher ROI approx 30% For business Loan and Govt salaried PL 34-36% for used bikes. Despite such high interest, such high file charges and such long and poor process. No one any plus point to do business among competitive BFSI's. New hiring Employee not surviving more than 6 Months

They only want from you to do there works no matters what kind of work Life Balance you need in any environment. When your increment time will come they give you unnecessary reason to delay your increment. company need to work on there working culture
